    Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver to street postal addresses (not PO boxes) in Australia only.

    What are your delivery charges?
    A $6.95 delivery charge will apply to all purchases through our website. This delivery charge is subject to change at any time.

    Can I track my order?
    Yes.
    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an Australian Post tracking number. You can track your order on the Australian Post website. If you do not receive a tracking number via e-mail within 3 working days from the time of your order, please call or e-mail us.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Allow a minimum of 7 to 10 working days.

    If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks, please track your order on the Australian Post website or call or e-mail us.

    You will need to sign for your package when it is delivered.

    Otherwise, you will be left a note with instructions for pick up.

    We will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. If a delays occurs from our carrier that we have no control over or if any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight (including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us), we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of such delay.

    What if I want to return or exchange an item purchased online?

    If you change your mind or if an item is faulty, wrongly described or different form the sample shown, give us a call or shoot us an e-mail. Please allow 7 to 10 working days to process your return from the time T-bar receives your returned item.

    Remember these conditions

     

    1. Items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving them with the original receipt,
    2. You’ll need to provide us with your name and address, and reason for return or exchange
    3. Where you change your mind, items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags/labels attached.
    4. If you change your mind, you’ll need to pay all postage costs associated with your returned and/or exchange items.
    5. Purchases made online cannot be returned in store.

    What is the procedure for requesting a refund?

    1. Call or email us as soon as possible after receiving the item.
    2. When you contact us, we’ll ask you to provide a brief description of your reasons for requesting a refund.
    3. We’ll then give you shipping instructions and remind you to include the item and the original purchase receipt.
    4. Once we receive your returned item, we will credit your original method of payment with the purchase price for the item.
    5. For refunds which are the result of you having changed your mind, we will not credit you the original delivery charges.
    6. For refunds which are the result of you having received an item which is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we will credit your original method of payment with the original delivery charges and you will not be charged any delivery costs in returning your item.
    7. If you return an item or items which you purchased online as part of a 2 for or 3 for offer, we will refund the amounts you were invoiced accordingly.

    What is the procedure for requesting an exchange?

    1. Call or email us as soon as possible after receiving the item.
    2. When you contact us, we’ll ask you to provide a brief description of your reasons for requesting an exchange, full details of your preferred exchange item (including style, colour and size) and where to send your exchange item. Your preferred exchange item must be of equal or lesser value than the item you are returning.
    3. We’ll then give you shipping instructions and remind you to include the item and the original purchase receipt.
    4. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your preferred exchange item provided we have it available in stock.
    5. If we don’t have it in stock we will ask you for an alternative preferred exchange item.
    6. For exchanges which are the result of you having changed your mind, you will be charged $6.95 for delivery of your exchanged item. Delivery Charge is subject to change at any time.
    7. For exchanges which are the result of you having received an item which is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you will not be charged any delivery costs in returning your item or in receiving your exchange item.
  9. Order Cancellation

    Although it is rare that it would be necessary for us to cancel an order, we reserve this right (in addition to the right to not accept any subsequent orders from a customer) where any of the following situations arise:
    1. Errors in Billing / Payment / Shipping Information
      We may cancel your order if you provide erroneous or insufficient information in relation to your:
      • credit card number, expiration date or card security value
      • billing information (including where the billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record)
      • shipping address.
    2. Fraudulent or dishonest activity
      We may cancel an order if we become aware of or suspect any fraudulent or dishonest activity of any kind in relation to that order and we may refuse to process any subsequent orders from the person who placed that order.

Instore Refund and Exchange Policy

T-Bar will refund, exchange or provide a gift card if you change your mind, or items are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown subject to the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt,

2. You provide us with your name and address,

3. If you change your mind, returned items for exchange must not be gift cards, lay-bys, sale items or seconds /samples,

4. If you change your mind, items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags/labels attached,

5. Items can only be returned in the country in which they were purchased.

If items are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown they must be returned within a reasonable time frame with proof of purchase.
