Hailing from South-East England, Tim Laing is a freelance illustrator currently based in Melbourne. He studied illustration at the University of Brighton and he makes images based on fiction and short stories. He aspires to convey the feeling, more than anything, of whatever it was that inspired a particular piece. Working out of Parts Studio in Carlton, he creates pencil drawings for T-shirts, books and himself.
