Inspired by pop, space, colour, sound, the banal and the poetic. The works of Pj Smith are a kaleidoscopic merging of these influences through the use of pen and pixel. His work is typically vibrant in colour and clean in execution however he is not adverse to photographic sampling and the use of collage or to changing his usually bold colour palette to something more sinister. As long as his output continues to make people smirk, muse and daydream he’ll feel he’s doing his job.
